I wish I was running up in the mountains…hopefully I’ll be able to run there in August.

During this time of home isolation, or “safe at home,” as they say in my county, we are allowed to go outside for exercise. So far, this is allowed in most areas. If it is not allowed where you live, then contact me and I will help you think of another activity. Because most of us can go outside for fresh air and exercise, while maintaining proper physical distance, I’ve seen (on social media) that some have decided to use this time to start running. I’ve also seen that some started to run and have given up already because of sore knees, sore feet, sore legs, sore everything! It does not have to be that way. You just need to start slowly and progress slowly, and with consistency and time, you will be running.

This plan is free but if you’d like a plan that is a bit more personalized, let me know and I can help you out.
