Nancy is a great running and strengthening coach! She put together one of the most comprehensive half marathon plans I have ever followed, which included body weight exercises for stability and videos as needed. Nancy is responsive, passionate and I will definitely use her again as a coach. She has a clear understanding of the body and a knowledge of the journey to wellness.
I met Nancy about two years ago. My goal was to be able to run a mile without stopping. Nancy scripted a 12-week program suited to my abilities. Done! Next goal was to finish the 2019 LA Marathon. Done!
Back in October of 2018 I came up with this crazy idea to run the LA Marathon at 43. I’d never run a marathon before. My girlfriend signed me up to be coached by Nancy. It was the best decision I could have made! Her 18 week plan was the perfect blueprint to achieve my goals (run the entire race non-stop and finish).
